The only I like is the location near to the night market...just cross over...

The dislike are cleanliness is very poor....make up a my room never done even u stay there for 3 days...or more than that...toilet is so small...when u on the water heater..it sound is very noisy....felt uncomfortable....no telefon line..bad.

Nothing in this hotel is appealling, would say the worst hotel I ever encounter, not worth the money spend & having say that it is so dirty, everything is dirty,the worst buget hotel in town is much better then this- in short not worth the price we spend and if it is not due to my not being able to get a room I would not have pick this hotel!!!!!

The dirty carpet wall and the toilet is so small and the water heater is not working properly-everything is almost bad even services, buffet breadfast is not worth in short better not to provide but charge hotel at cheaper rate....

Location-centralize of the activities.

1. Facilities-Poor arrangement of interior( area too pack).Sliding door for bathroom broken. 2. Food- Food presentation poor. Cold food benn served. 3. Limited parking.

Is cheap. Near to beach, food court, bus stop and night market. 5 mins walk to beach and Long Beach food court. Foods are cheap there. Aircon and shower hose very strong.

Nothing to shout about.

Everything except situation, Inefficient,dirty. Bathroom was no bigger than a normal double wardrobe. We left after two days of a fifteen day booking.

Unfortunately nothing but the location was good at this hotel.

Complete lack of any form of deposit boxes, not even a main one at the reception.

There was no telephon in the room, so very time I have problem, I need to go down to the reception by stair (there was no elevator). The room fascilities were very poor. I cannot switch the TV channel, the toilet flust was not working (I needed to use the paper basket to pour water into the toilet), the toilet door cannot been locked. There were many disgusting stains on the carpet. I was staying there for three days and none of the day that my room was tidied up. On top of that, the staff was not helpful.

the air conditioner was the only good thing in our room

the carpet is filthy, the walls are damaged & need paint, the bathroom is like a tiny closet & the sliding doors don't stay on the track, the pillows smell like moth balls, the mattress is saggy, one day housekeeping staff did not even make our bed & they took our towels but did not give us any, we asked and they only gave us one towel, we had to ask again the next day for another towel. the room is way too small & the shower faucet did not hang up so we had to hold it with our hand. there is no safe & we did not feel very secure because there is no dead bolt on the door. the price is too much, our room cost way more than our much bigger cleaner hotel room in Georgetown and it definitely is not worth it, we will never stay there again

Should have cafe for all not only Arabians. Each rooms should have bath-tubs and cable TV/Astro, small refrigerator.

Morning breakfast that was very slow and tasteless which should be properly prepared and offered variety of foods.
